The Walla Walla Public Library has served our community for over a century – free and open to everyone. With your support, we can ensure it continues to be a place where neighbors gather, children discover, and every resident belongs.
We are within reach of our $16 million goal. Gifts of all sizes move us closer to opening the doors of a transformed library that will serve Walla Walla for many years to come.
Momentum is Growing
We have raised nearly $12.5 million to date – reaching more than 78% of our goal thanks to the generous support of individuals, foundations, and public partners. The finish line is in sight, but we need your help to get there. Construction begins this Spring 2026. Every gift made now ensures we break ground on schedule and re-open the Library by Spring 2027.
Ways to Give
Make an Online Gift
The easiest way to give is through the Walla Walla Public Library Campaign Fund, which has been established at the Blue Mountain Community Foundation. Gifts of all sizes matter, and are all tax-deductible.
Give By Check
Checks should be made out to the Blue Mountain Community Foundation, with WWPL Capital Campaign Fund in the memo line. Checks should not be made out directly to the library. Mail checks to:

Make a Pledge
If you would like to pledge a gift and pay it over time, please complete a pledge form. We kindly ask that pledges not extend beyond 2027. Naming Opportunities
Leave your mark on a place that has meant so much to so many. Naming opportunities are available at a variety of gift levels and offer a lasting way to honor someone you love or celebrate your family.
